Appointment Cancellation Policy
Advance Cancellation
- Appointments SHOULD be canceled by 8pm the night before a session to avoid all penalties
- To cancel an appointment, you MUST email your tutor directly
Same Day Cancellation
- If you have to cancel the same day as your appointment, you MUST email your tutor at least 4 hours before your appointment
- If you do not email your tutor, and do not attend, you will not be allowed to use peer tutoring for the remainder of the semester
- If you are sick or have an emergency and cannot contact your tutor via email, please contact our office ASAP by calling 404.727.5300
Students who violate the cancellation policy may have restricted tutoring privilages for the remainder of the semester.
