Prerequisites: Biol 141.
Catalog Description: Spring. Prerequisite: Biology 141; prerequisite or co-requisite: Chemistry 142 or 172. Major topics include: molecular genetics, population genetics and evolution, cellular metabolism and photosynthesis, signal transduction and development.
Semester Details:
Laboratory component to Biology 141. Students will design and perform experiments using several important model systems.
