Catalog Description: Fall, spring. Course is open to students with little or no experience as well as to students with experience in training with free weights and/or machines. Free weights Cybex systems machines and free-standing equipment are used for the development of muscle strength, muscle fitness, and/or muscle endurance.

Semester Details:

Content: Course is open to students with little or no experience as well as to students with experience in training with free weights and/or machines. Individual programs based on the development of muscle fitness, muscle strength, muscle endurance and other objectives will be designed and implemented. Free weights, Cybex machines, and free standing excercises will be utilized. This course does NOT fulfill the Principles of Physical Fitness requirement.

Particulars: One written quiz will be given. Materials provided by instructor. No text required.
