Content:  Survey of the eighteenth-century Atlantic World, with alternate influence on national contexts (i.e. the English/British Atlantic, the Iberian Atlantic, the Dutch Atlantic, etc.) and thematic paradigms (slavery, commerce, warfare, geography, etc.)
