Prerequisites: Greek 101 or equivalent

Catalog Description: Spring. Continuation of Greek 101. Further study of forms and syntax, followed by reading from one or more authors.

An introduction to the basic grammar of classical Greek with emphasis on the acquisition of reading knowledge.  This course aims to enable students to read adapted selections from major authors such as the philosopher Plato and the poets of comedy and tragedy.
