One of the best investments that Emory College made recently was awarding J.B. Tarter a Woodruff Scholarship. Graduating in spring 2006 with a triple major (political science, history and economics) and a masters in political science, Tarter plans to enter Harvard Law School in the hopes of one day working in the U.S. Department of Justice.
