Funds for travel will not be disbursed without a signed consent form (PDF) and the proper emergency contact form below:

Information about your previous international experience (PDF) is required for those proposing international projects, and will help the committee assess your preparation to carry out research in a foreign setting.

Students who are going abroad should also fill out a foreign language form (PDF). Summarize in writing your language courses and competence for a person able to evaluate your language abilities. Details about the information you should provide is described on the form. Provide the evaluator with a copy of your proposal as he or she needs to assess whether your language abilities are sufficient for the project proposed.
